Change for me has always been a positive state of mind. I consider change to be a good evolution in everyone’s life. Obviously it depends on the context, but most of the time change will be positive in the long run, even if we don’t actually believe it will. I started making small changes to my routine in Mexico, for example, instead of running on the treadmill I started jogging outside and even if my heart got extremely tired and I was out of breath, I got my piece of something new that day. It made me enjoy being outdoors more than I already loved it, and I became a very active person. I started analyzing how great it is to be alive and to have the gratitude of having each of our five senses. Every person I saw walking by looked interesting, like they had a story; they all inspired me and I became more passionate about my writing.
